5. Shareholding

For each shareholder choose individual or company, then enter name and percentage. If an individual shareholder matches a director, pick the director under “Same as director”; names then stay aligned with section 6 and 8.1. Contact details (not names) edited in 8.1 flow into section 9. Enter percentages per shareholder row only.

6. Directors on record
