Our principle is to bridge the gap between Korean headquarters and Indian operations by taking direct responsibility on the ground and ensuring that decision-making and execution are never delayed. In addition, leveraging our internal software development capabilities, we design and develop customized systems for accounting, taxation, and operational management tailored to the practical needs of our clients.     Vice President Huh Hyunbeom is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a finance and management professional currently leading strategic cooperation and client communications between Korea and India at MSV. With a deep understanding of the accounting and taxation systems, investment structures, and corporate environments of both Korea and India, he systematically and efficiently supports companies entering and operating in the Indian market. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive practical experience across major Korean conglomerates, accounting firms, strategic consulting firms, and investment companies, working on a wide range of industries and projects. Based on his broad understanding of industries including distribution, finance, power generation, and energy, he possesses strong capabilities in investment analysis and business strategy development. In addition, he has built extensive deal experience through numerous investment, due diligence, and M&A advisory projects for domestic and international companies. Through overseas investment experience in China, India, and Southeast Asia, he has developed practical insight into global business environments. He also has experience participating in co-investments alongside international financial institutions and strategic investors such as ADB, DEG, DFJ, and Mitsui. He contributed to corporate growth strategy development by advising on new business investments and individual investment projects for the GS Group. He also participated in mid- to long-term investment strategy and vision projects for the Export-Import Bank of Korea, gaining valuable experience in the policy finance sector. Furthermore, he demonstrated strong capabilities in transaction structuring and execution through advisory work related to the sale of Daewoo Capital. He strengthened his expertise in strategy and financial advisory while working at Arthur D. Little and the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) division of Deloitte Anjin LLC. Subsequently, he served as Chief Investment Manager at Asia Clean Energy Limited, where he led investments in the energy sector. Currently, as a co-leader of MSV, he works closely with Korean clients to support stable business operations and sustainable growth in India through practical execution, strategic coordination, and strong on-the-ground management support.

    Mr. Kaushal Sharma, Chartered Accountant, is a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in India’s accounting, taxation, and corporate regulatory systems. He serves as a key financial partner for foreign companies entering and operating in the Indian market. With many years of practical experience, he has provided a wide range of professional services to clients across various industries, including audit and assurance, tax filing, corporate structuring advisory, regulatory compliance, GST management, TDS administration, and income tax matters. In particular, his ability to understand both Indian local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) enables him to effectively support multinational corporations and joint venture companies operating in complex financial and accounting environments. His capability to bridge the gap between Korean accounting practices and Indian regulatory requirements is one of his key strengths and a major source of trust among Korean clients. At Minsub Ventures Private Limited, Kaushal Sharma leads the India-based finance and taxation division, serving as a strategic financial advisor throughout the entire business lifecycle of clients — from initial investment structuring and due diligence to accounting system implementation and long-term tax planning.     Mr. Manoj Sharma is a seasoned legal professional with more than 18 years of experience in commercial litigation and corporate advisory services. He has handled a broad range of legal matters, including labor disputes, taxation, insolvency proceedings (NCLT), debt recovery matters (DRT), and other complex corporate legal issues. He provides practical and business-oriented legal advisory services covering contract drafting and review, corporate risk structuring, and dispute management, offering effective and actionable solutions for complex legal challenges faced by businesses operating in India. In addition, he represents clients before major regulatory authorities and institutions, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Registrar of Companies (ROC), and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), helping companies maintain legal stability and regulatory compliance within the Indian business environment. He possesses particular expertise in minimizing legal and operational risks for foreign companies entering and operating in India, delivering practical, execution-focused legal guidance tailored to cross-border business environments. By working closely with companies across various industries, he provides integrated legal support throughout the entire corporate lifecycle — from dispute prevention and compliance management to litigation and post-dispute resolution. Through his collaboration with MSV, he contributes to delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate legal, taxation, and accounting expertise, ultimately maximizing the operational stability, compliance efficiency, and long-term business success of clients operating in India.
